Yes — our trailers couple to the rear axle and fit almost any bike, e-bikes included. Unsure about your type of bike (a particular hub gear, for instance)? Send a photo of your rear wheel through the contact form and we will confirm whether it fits.

Between 50 and 100+ kg depending on the model. The maximum load capacity is listed with every product. Need more? We build to measure.

Small parts: 1–3 working days. Trailers: 5–15 working days — every Trahera trailer is built and assembled in our own workshop. Custom builds by arrangement, usually 2–4 weeks.

We deliver trailers to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany by courier or pallet. After you order, we contact you to arrange a delivery slot — so you do not have to stay in all day. Small parts go by parcel post.

Most trailers are delivered ready to ride. You only fit the bike coupling to your rear axle yourself — two minutes' work with the instructions supplied. If you collect the trailer, we do it for you on the spot. A small number of trailers are supplied as a kit and go together quickly with the instructions.

Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period on standard products. Custom builds are excluded. See returns for the conditions.

Securely online with iDEAL or Wero (processed by Mollie). 

Yes. In the Netherlands you may use a bicycle trailer on cycle paths and on the road, and no registration plate is required. Do make sure you have good lighting and reflectors after dark — our trailers come with reflectors as standard.
