14-day cooling-off period

When you buy from our shop as a consumer you have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days after receiving your order. Within this period you may cancel the purchase without giving a reason (right of withdrawal).

How to return an item

1. Report your return within 14 days of receipt, by email to info@fietsaanhangerkopen.nl or by message on WhatsApp. Please quote your order number.
2. Send the product back within 14 days of your notification, or drop it off at our workshop (Zuidschans 21, Oude Wetering). For trailers we can arrange a collection service at cost price.
3. The product must be complete, undamaged and — as far as reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging.

Once we have received and checked the item, we refund the full purchase amount including the original shipping costs within 14 days, using the payment method you paid with. The cost of returning the item is yours to bear.

Exceptions

• Custom-built products made to your specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law.
• Any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to assess the product may be deducted.

Complaints or warranty

Is something wrong with your trailer? Always get in touch first — as the maker we can repair almost anything ourselves or supply the right part. You are entitled to a sound product, and we provide a warranty against manufacturing faults.
