Terms and conditions

1. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer and every agreement made through fietsaanhangerkopen.nl. Arrangements that depart from these terms apply only if they have been confirmed in writing.

2. Offers and prices

All prices are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT, excluding any shipping costs, which are shown clearly before you complete your order. Obvious mistakes or errors in an offer are not binding on us.

3. Formation of the agreement and payment

The agreement is formed as soon as you have placed your order and payment has been received through our payment provider (Mollie). You will receive a confirmation by email. For custom builds, the agreement is formed once the quotation has been accepted in writing; a deposit may be requested.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. Indicative delivery times: parts 1–3 working days, trailers 5–15 working days, custom builds by arrangement. Exceeding an indicative delivery time does not give rise to a claim for damages, but you may cancel the agreement free of charge if we still fail to deliver after a reasonable further period.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt, as described on the Returns page. Custom-built products made to your specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code).

6. Warranty and conformity

You are entitled to a sound product that conforms to the agreement (statutory warranty). Trahera trailers carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and construction faults under normal use. Wear parts (tyres, inner tubes) and damage caused by overloading, incorrect assembly or poor maintenance are not covered by the warranty.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned, except in cases of intent or wilful recklessness and except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Please use the trailer in accordance with the manual and the stated maximum load capacity.

8. Complaints and disputes

You can report complaints to info@fietsaanhangerkopen.nl; we respond within 5 working days. Dutch law applies to all agreements. Consumers may also submit disputes through the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
